Free Introduction to Meditation
A 60-minute overview of the benefits of meditation and how to learn. Required before beginning the basic course in meditation.

Weekly Group Meditations
Open to anyone trained in Vedic Meditation or transcendental meditation, these meetings take place on Monday evenings at 7pm. It’s a good opportunity to enjoy meditating with others, to answer any questions and to share experiences.

Advanced Meditation Techniques
Anyone who has been practicing Vedic Meditation or transcendental meditation regularly for a year is eligible to receive training in advanced techniques. These techniques are designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception. This results in more deep, subtle and fascinating experiences inside (and outside) of meditation. For further information, contact Jillian

Yoga and Yogic Breathing
A simple series of yoga poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation. To find out more, email Jillian

Weekend Meditation Retreats
A weekend residence course is a powerful opportunity for meditators to expand and deepen their practice.

Participants will learn a simple series of yoga poses and breathing exercises and these will be combined with multiple meditation sessions. This ‘industrial-strength’ programme releases deeply rooted stresses and fatigue and accelerates evolution toward higher states of consciousness.

Meditators who attend a weekend retreat for the first time have an opportunity to gain deep layers of rest and enhanced experiences in meditation and to learn advanced techniques to be included in daily practice. Advanced meditators enjoy time for their rounding programme and advanced meetings in an environment conducive to the further development of consciousness and awareness.

The tangible results of a residence course are noticeable for months. Meditators report deeper experiences during meditation and enhanced perception outside the practice. The effect of a weekend retreat is equivalent to the effect of meditating twice daily for several months.

Exploring the Veda
This six-seminar course delves deeply into the ancient knowledge of India and draws out pearls of wisdom that are nothing short of life changing. Students learn techniques for deepening meditation, for correcting the mistakes of the mind and heart, and for manifesting the life experiences that reveal true fulfillment.

The Veda is the ancient record of spiritual experience that is the source of the arts and sciences of Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, meditation and the whole of Indian philosophy. Knowledge of the Veda is said to confer mastery of all the laws of nature because the Veda is structured as universal knowledge available within everyone’s consciousness – it is the blueprint of creation.
